HELP END HUNGRY PET TUMMIES IN WATAUGA COUNTY!

The Pet Food Pantry operated by the Watauga Humane Society is designed specifically to provide temporary assistance to our Watauga County families that are being forced to make very difficult choices during these continued rough economic times.

The Pet Food Pantry is located at the Watauga Humane Society, 312 Paws Way. The hours of operation are the same as the operating hours of the shelter (12:30-6pm Tues-Fri, 12:30-5pm Sat-Sun, CLOSED Mondays) and the number is 828-264-7865.

These programs rely solely on donations from the public. You may drop your donations off at The Watauga County Public Library, The Pet Place (Shops at Shadowline) and the Watauga Humane Society.  We accept monetary donations as well as ALL kinds of pet food (in unopened, original packaging), and everything goes right out into our community to help keep families and their pets together.

These programs, in addition to having your pets spayed or neutered, cut down on the abandoned and surrendered pets in our community.
